We offer a comprehensive wellness program that combines a friendly schedule where you get to choose the best time for your appointment in a serene environment with a relaxed ambiance. We also provide you with specialist consultant doctors and nurses who conduct your wellness check up with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Purpose of the annual health examination

  • Primary prevention
  • To identify risk factors for common chronic diseases
  • To detect disease that has no apparent symptoms (secondary prevention)
  • As a way for the doctor to counsel people to promote healthy behaviour
  • To update clinical data since last check-up
  • To enhance the relationship between you and your doctor

Health check-up Guidelines

  • Kindly make an appointment, you can also walk-in to the wellness clinic before 10am.
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 hrs fasting is essential prior to the check-up you may drink water.
  • Complete abstinence from alcohol at least 24hrs prior to check-up.
  • Please carry your regular medication when you come for check-up.
  • Wear loose clothing, no jewellery & easily removable footwear if possible.
  • Report at Wellness Centre between 8.00am and 10.00am.
  • During the course of investigation, tea will be provided.
  • Bring all your past medical records.
  • If you are wearing lenses, please remove them two days prior to the health check-up.
  • Additional test if required apart from package will be charged separately.
  • Duration of Check-up may range from 3 to 6 hrs depending on the package selected.
  • After completion of the Check-up, Physician will review you with your results.
  • In case of non-availability of certain tests at that particular day, the patient will be called at the next convenient date.

Wellness on Wheels

The Wellness on wheels programme is specifically customised for corporate clients where services are offered at the comfort of the clients’ premises. This helps in management of company time and enhances staff productivity.

Our team of specialists aim to meet the needs of every client through regular meetings to understand the need on the ground, before proceeding to come up to a friendly package uniquely customised and priced as per requirements.

The current health trends indicate that non communicable diseases are leading causes of death; this has been attributed to sedentary lifestyle coupled with other poor lifestyle choices. It calls for proactively on the part of individuals to work towards getting healthy.
